What we process
Your answers to the questionnaire, your tongue photo (optional), your e-mail address and an optional city or country. Answers and photos are health-related data, so we ask for your explicit consent before processing them.
Why
Only to create your personal PDF report and send it to your e-mail address. The map link for practitioners is generated from the city you enter.
How long we keep it
We do not keep your answers or your photo in a database. They are processed in memory to create the report and then discarded. Technical logs may briefly contain your IP address for security.
Who else receives it
Your tongue photo is sent to an AI service (Anthropic) for visual analysis. Your e-mail address and the PDF are handled by our e-mail provider (Resend) to deliver the report. Hosting is provided by our hosting provider. These providers act as processors on our behalf.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time. Since we do not store your data, there is nothing to delete on our side; the e-mail you received remains in your own mailbox. Contact the operator of the website for any questions.
